Residential Projects
Scandinavian-Inspired Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation
Project type: Residential interiors
Design style: Scandinavian-inspired contemporary
Spaces shown: Kitchen and bathroom
Year: 2022
Floor area: 120 m²
Design Concept
The interiors combine clean-lined white cabinetry with natural timber and contrasting dark surfaces. Open timber shelving adds warmth and display space, while enclosed cupboards provide practical storage and maintain an uncluttered appearance.
In the kitchen, dark benchtops contrast with white cabinetry and timber flooring. A compact island provides an additional work surface, while pendant lighting and daylight from the windows contribute to a bright, functional space.
The bathroom continues the restrained palette with a freestanding bath, grey vanity, black fittings and marble-look surfaces. Timber details soften the finishes and connect the bathroom visually with the kitchen.
Together, these spaces illustrate an approach centred on practical storage, natural textures and coordinated finishes.

Design Concepts & 3D Visualisations
Classic Contemporary Residence — 3D Design Concept
Project type: Residential design concept
Presentation: Exterior and bathroom 3D visualisations
Design style: Classical detailing with contemporary finishes
Key features: Brick and rendered facade, decorative balconies, arched entrance and coordinated lighting
Design Concept
This two-storey residential concept pairs traditional architectural details with a restrained material palette. Red brickwork contrasts with light-coloured rendered surfaces, while a dark pitched roof frames the building. Decorative balcony balustrades, projecting cornices and an arched entrance give the facade depth and character.
Exterior Design
Tall windows and upper-level balconies establish a balanced composition. Daytime and evening visualisations illustrate how the proposed materials and exterior lighting affect the building’s appearance, with lighting highlighting the entrance, columns and facade details.
Bathroom Concept
The bathroom follows a lighter palette, combining white hexagonal tiles, a freestanding-style vanity and a countertop basin. An arched mirror echoes the exterior’s curved detailing, while dark fittings introduce contrast within the compact space.
Design Visualisation
The renders communicate the proposed proportions, finishes and decorative elements, helping the client review the design before construction. The images show a design concept, not completed building work.
Design Concept
Moroccan-Inspired Residence
Project type: Custom residential design
Presentation: Exterior 3D visualisations
Design style: Contemporary interpretation of Moroccan architecture
Key features: Arched openings, decorative parapets, feature lighting and poolside landscaping
Design Concept
This residential concept combines Moroccan-inspired architectural details with a restrained contemporary palette. White exterior finishes and dark-framed windows create contrast, while repeated arches give the facade rhythm and character.
The design focuses on proportion, texture and shadow rather than bold colour. Geometric detailing along the parapets and roof terraces introduces ornament without overwhelming the building’s clean forms.
Architectural Features
Tall arched windows and recessed openings define the elevations. Layered building forms create depth, with decorative borders framing selected facade elements and connecting the different parts of the residence.
Outdoor Spaces & Lighting
The visualisations show a swimming pool, planted boundaries and a paved garden area that complement the architecture. Integrated lighting traces key facade details, while uplighting highlights the arches and entrance areas after dark.
Project Presentation
Daytime and evening renders illustrate the proposed exterior materials, landscaping and lighting scheme. These images represent the design concept rather than completed construction.
