Documentation and Consultant Coordination
Depending on the agreed scope, Dezone Studio can help coordinate documentation and input from building designers, engineers, energy assessors, surveyors, certifiers and other required consultants.
Knockdown and Rebuild Planning
For clients who own an established property, we can investigate a replacement-home concept that responds to the block, surrounding context, access conditions and intended use. Demolition requirements, existing services, approvals and construction constraints must be assessed before the project proceeds.
Dual Occupancy and Townhouse Planning
We can assist with early design investigation for dual-occupancy and townhouse proposals. Development potential depends on the Territory Plan, site dimensions, zoning, access, parking, servicing, private open space and applicable approval requirements.

Where included in the agreed scope, Dezone Studio can assist with design clarification, selections, coordination and project communication during construction. The licensed builder remains responsible for the building work and obligations under the applicable construction contract.
